QIQI TOYS CO., LTD always attach the most importance to product quality and service quality. Good quality is life of an outstanding enterprise. For good cooperation with all the customers in a long term with good reputation, we always improve our service quality and keep good product quality under the following quality control procedure.

Quality Control Manager is directly responsible to General Manager. QC Manager manages two groups: Quality Control Group, Quality Audit Group.

1) Supply

When we choose the material supplier, we will examine if the supplier has the quality management system, to random checks at any time, it is the first step: Incoming Inspection, we ask the supplier to offer the raw material or parts inspection report.

2) Sales standard

We ask every salesman to record  every order details of client , the ambiguous order report is forbidden .It is  including  quantity ,size ,material, color, packing , blower ,unit price term, shipping way ,payment way ,shipping mark ,certification standard , shipment time ,the sample gift send  or not ,salesman need to always keep touch with client to update the production.

3) Law Regulations & Technical Standards

For every country we exported, salesman need to learn from client or other way to understand their law regulations as well as technical standard ,such as the requirements of the environment, the requirements for hazardous substances, the production capacity of the product , performance , safety requirements, etc.

4)Technology & Management Standard

There was usually a principle ” Quality Problem 2:8 ” in quality management, which means quality problem is of possibility 20% caused by technology, but the problem is caused by management by taking possibility of 80%. So that it must need good control in product design and production. Regarding the management—DO THE RIGHT THING THE FIRST TIME, not merely it can save the costs, but also avoid duplicated production. And in the design procedure of technology, all designer team and workers certainly should think about how to save resource and low the costs.
In the meantime, we need to pay attention to keep good quality of design by thinking about safety, physical functions, such as for example, children may be injured by any possibility of some damage of the product in different conditions, and not use any forbidden chemical material to meet safety regulations.

5)Production Procedure Control

In production procedure, every worker’s every producing progress must be recorded, and the worker must be responsible for the progress. It’s good for that keep good quality in production on one hand, and on the other hand, quickly find out what the problem is in case of any quality problem.

Quality Control Group mainly control every process of production. In production, some inspections as follows:

  1. Material Inspection: Inspect all purchased material making sure it keep meeting our certificate standard. Inspect all material input in the production meet customers’ requirements.
  1. Technic Inspection: Control all products are made from unified high standard crafts and reinforcement crafts. Inspect special technic if the customer have special requirement.

Process Inspection: Control all the sewing stitches or welding methods according to our high standard regulation.

6) How to reinforce the worker’s quality awareness

Principle of the worker’s participation: take importance on the worker’s opinion. To build up justice, fair, transparent award and penalty system, never force but lead and activate the workers. The quality issue in not only for someone, but it is for whole company. The supervisor should listen to the workers and consider for their suggestion as they are the producer of the products. They should be activated to join the quality management work. What else, the supervisor should set an example and keep the words match with deeds in the whole process of the quality management. With the wisdom and efforts of everyone, build up relevant accountability system, each one to be responsible for their own actions.

Once all the procedures set up, then on one hand we can reduce the cost, as we do not need to do the rework so often, on the other hand, we can shorten the production time and improve the production rate. So that we can save a lot of time, and time is gold, as if we can have shorter lead time than our competitors, then we will be more competitive.

7) Finished Product Inspection

Inspect all finished product meet EN14960 safety standard, such as strength standard, height, netting protection, mechanical load test, fixing devices.

Load test — weight per square meter can bear, withstand temperature range.Accessory Inspection: Inspect accessories are also working well. And make sure equip good and enough accessory for each special item.

After Quality Control Group control and inspect all the production process, Quality Audit Group will finally inspect all the quality details again and assess the quality, and make report of each order’s production to Quality Control Manager.Qualified finished product and unqualified product must be separated.Regulation: no delivery of substandard product.

8) Package and Logistic ControlProduct keeps clean and tidy.

Package must be durable and easy to be handled and transported.
Pay attention to packages’ the material and try the best to control packing size to be smaller.
Loading never overweight.

9) After-Sale Service

After sales, keep contacting customers to collect their viewpoint about our products and services.
Collect and get back customers’ feedback to the production department on time.
